Lauryn Hill has signed a $1 million deal with Sony Records to release a predetermined number of songs by a set deadline, to pay off her tax debt and evade a jail sentence.  ”Neurotic Society (Compulsory Mix) is her first release off this set, and is already creating a lot of buzz.  Miss Education is nowhere to be found as Lauryn channels her Unplugged vibe and comes out speeding through a torrent of words, almost neurotically.  It was a rushed piece, and feels like it.  What do you think?
