Best Thing I’ve Eaten This Week

Let’s talk about steak.  Steak on a plate. Don’t bother me with side dishes, all-you-can-eat shrimp, or even A-1 steak sauce.  Let’s talk steak so quality, no seasoning other than a ‘lil salt and pepper is necessary.  Steak so good it’s able to stand alone on a sizzling plate and not leave the consumer wanting anything more.

Let’s talk about Ruth’s Chris.

Ruth’s Chris’ steaks have the ability to turn vegans into meat eaters.  Yes, it’s that good.  You’re looking at a cowboy ribeye, and if it weren’t uncivilized to do so, I would gnaw every iota of meet off the bone.

Recommended: any cut of meat, potatoes au gratin, creme brûlée.  The cowboy ribeye is the best thing I’ve eaten this week.
